Zak has done an extraordinary job of integrating all of those accessible features so you really wouldn’t know that this was a home that was built for people our age. He bent over backwards. He has been an absolute delight to deal with. He, and his entire team.

In terms of efficiency and being able to rely on that definitely makes it a lot easier on us. We will use him again if we have to, we’ve still got half a house to renovate so we’ll see what happens down the track!
