2024

HIA National Conference 2024

In 2024, ZJ Building returned to the HIA National Conference for the second year in a row. This time, the focus on sustainability and the future of housing design resonated deeply with our team. The workshops and networking opportunities allowed us to connect with leaders in the field, expanding our knowledge and forging valuable partnerships. Once again, the conference concluded with the prestigious HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards, and we left with new insights and strategies to drive our continued growth and innovation.

HIA Awards Night 2023

ZJ Building proudly attended the HIA Awards Night, where we were honored with multiple nominations and won the prestigious South Australian Professional Small Builder/Renovator Award. This recognition highlights our dedication to excellence and craftsmanship. It was an unforgettable evening celebrating the industry’s top builders and designers from across Australia, and we are thrilled to be recognised among the best.

APB Annual Retreats 2023

ZJ Building attended the 3-day APB Annual Retreat in Hawaii, where we participated in a two-day strategic planning workshop with APB’s expert coaching team. This retreat was a valuable opportunity for our company to focus on growth strategies and future planning, equipping us with insights and tools to continue improving our services and expanding our business.

HIA National Conference 2023

ZJ Building was honored to attend the 2023 HIA National Conference, the premier event for the residential housing industry. Over three inspiring days, we participated in insightful presentations and interactive workshops, focusing on the latest industry trends and innovations. HIA - Australian Gas Networks Golf Day 2023

ZJ Building participated in the HIA-Australian Gas Networks Annual Golf Day at the prestigious Royal Adelaide Golf Club. This event provided a unique opportunity to connect with industry peers, foster relationships, and raise awareness for mental health in a relaxed, enjoyable setting.
