This is because during the design process, an accurate estimate has not been done by a professional builder to help determine construction costs of the design. Our Easy 4-Step Process

1. Design

Your first experience with us will be a friendly introduction in the comfort of your own home. We structure these meetings to ensure you get all the critical information you need. 

We discuss your project and ideas as well as how our design process ensures you get your renovation built within your budget and on time. We develop your ideas and project brief into your first concept design and then work with you to refine it to get it just right.

2. Approvals

During this stage we develop your concept design further and bring it to life on the page with elevations, and construction details. We collaborate with a design team of architects, engineers and designers to develop your plans into construction ready drawings. We will also handle the council submission and certification process for your development approval.

At this point we will have all the information we need to be able to provide you with a fixed price quote proposal and from there, we can sign a fixed price building contract.

3. Construction

Construction begins on site and you will have complete transparency over your entire project with your online client portal. Keep up to date with everything as it happens. 

Your dedicated project manager will work closely with you to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget so you can get back to enjoying your home and your new lifestyle.

4. Handover

This final piece of the puzzle culminates the preceding 12-18 months of design and construction. We book a day where there are no more tools or plans to look at. Only your finished home to walk through and admire all the hard work that has happened to get there.

We hand over your keys, we walk you through your new home and we have some fun looking back over the journey of building your new custom home.
