Project Brief
Gina and Mark live in Clarence Gardens with their two beautiful daughters. In 2021, they reached a point where their home no longer suited their lifestyle or their growing family’s needs. They love to entertain family and friends and were considering moving due to the limitations of their current house. However, they decided to stay and renovate, hoping to create a space that matched their evolving family dynamics and social life.
Before the renovation, Gina and Mark were at a crossroads. Despite having successfully extended their home in the past, they were hesitant to take on another major project. Their main concern was finding a team they could trust to help them achieve their vision. While their home was comfortable, it lacked the inviting outdoor space they envisioned for family gatherings. The garage also needed significant upgrades. Gina and Mark were determined to create a home that truly reflected their lifestyle and aspirations.
